630 Main provides 2,300 square feet of event space. The space works great for 10 – 100 people.
This all depends on how long you rent the venue for. Please inquire with a 630 Main representative.
This will really depend on your event and is a great conversation to have with your caterer, the vendors and your planner, if you decide to have one!
Yes! 630 Main is designed to be a space all your own. We want you to customize the space to be what you want it to be. We only ask that you leave it as you found it. If you do decide to utilize the walls by hanging things or for decoration purposes, we require that you talk to us about your plans beforehand and incur the costs to put the space back to its original form.
This is a great question for your caterer and event planner. There are lots of ways to do this and it will depend on what works best for your event.
Yes, there is outside space that you can access. We just ask that you stay within the area provided as the building next to us requires us to allow access to their driveway at all times.
630 Main has two restrooms that can all be utilized by your guests. One designated men’s room and one designated women’s room
Yes! We have a paved, flat entrance at the front of the building.
This is dependent on when you are getting access to the space and what is worked out between your caterers. We allow access prior to your rental time as long as you clear it with a 630 Main representative.
There will be a 630 Main representative available via phone or text that can help you with any questions or concerns.
No, 630 Main does not provide any food or beverages. All food and beverages are provided by whomever is hosting the event.
Yes! We do not provide any beverages.
We ask that you reasonably clean-up after your event and all trash be placed in the provided trash receptacles at the back entrance. We will then have a cleaning crew come in after your event but we require that you take all of your personal belongings before we send our cleaning crew in.
50% of your booking fee is paid when making your reservation. The balance of your rental fee is due the week before your event. If expenses are incurred after the party is over, you will be required to pay these charges too following your event.
Yes! 630 Main has 40 parking spots dedicated to the building plus some on street parking.

There is no damage deposit required.
Yes! The furniture that is in the space is included in the rental. You are more than welcome to arrange the furniture however you would like.
Yes! There are 7 square high top tables and 4 bistro style tables. 58 total bar stools are available and these seating options can be configured however best suits your event.
Yes! You can model your event how you best see fit. We are happy to suggest vendors for this. Your preferred caterer can also help with this. You just need to let us know who your vendors are and make sure that your vendors pick up the furniture at their allotted time. You are not permitted to remove any of our furniture from the building or to stack it up in any way.
630 Main provides air conditioning and heat.
Guests can utilize the outdoor areas to smoke. There is absolutely no smoking inside the facility.
Yes! We allow votive candles, which are enclosed in glass, in easily monitored places.
We prefer you to refrain from these types of items.
630 Main has 3 big screen TV’s. We can help with slideshows and presentations. We have a full system and if it is not enough and you need more, we can help with that as well. Just ask us!
This is definitely not required, however we fully recommend it as it will make your event less stressful and more FUN! Let us know if you need a recommendation.
