630 Main was originally built in the 1880’s. It has been restored as a private event and meeting space. Making this an ideal venue for wedding events, birthday parties, family gatherings, graduation parties, corporate events and more.

How Large is your venue and what is your capacity?

630 Main provides 2,300 square feet of event space. We can accommodate 140+ people. The space works great for 10 – 140+ people.

What is included in the event rental?

  • 2,300 square feet of event space.
  • 12 hour rental period with an option for additional hours. This includes setup, time for the event and clean-up.
  • Large food serving area.
  • Large bar area
  • Multiple Flat Screen TV’s.
  • Wireless Internet
  • Easy loading and unloading area
  • 40+ parking spaces

How late can we stay?

This all depends on how long you rent the venue for. Please inquire with a 630 Main representative.

How much time should I allow for my vendors to set-up and tear-down?

This will really depend on your event and is a great conversation to have with your caterer, the vendors and your planner, if you decide to have one!

Can I decorate the space?

Yes! 630 Main is designed to be a space all your own. We want you to customize the space to be what you want it to be. We only ask that you leave it as you found it. If you do decide to utilize the walls by hanging things or for decoration purposes, we require that you talk to us about your plans beforehand and incur the costs to put the space back to its original form.

How do we transition the set-up from ceremony into reception?

This is a great question for your caterer and event planner. There are lots of ways to do this and it will depend on what works best for your event.

Is there outside space? And do we have access to it?

Yes, there is outside space that you can access. We just ask that you stay within the area provided as the building next to us requires us to allow access to their driveway at all times.

How many restrooms do you have?

630 Main has two restrooms that can all be utilized by your guests. One designated men’s room and one designated women’s room

Is your building wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We have a paved, flat entrance at the front of the building.

When can I have my vendors drop off rentals etc...?

This is dependent on when you are getting access to the space and what is worked out between your caterers. We allow access prior to your rental time as long as you clear it with a 630 Main representative.

Who can I talk to for venue needs on the day of event?

There will be a 630 Main representative available via phone or text that can help you with any questions or concerns.

Do you have a required food and beverage minimum?

No, 630 Main does not provide any food or beverages. All food and beverages are provided by whomever is hosting the event.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes! We do not provide any beverages.

Are we required to clean the venue following the event?

We ask that you reasonably clean-up after your event and all trash be placed in the provided trash receptacles at the back entrance. We will then have a cleaning crew come in after your event but we require that you take all of your personal belongings before we send our cleaning crew in.

When do we have to pay our balance?

50% of your booking fee is paid when making your reservation. The balance of your rental fee is due the week before your event. If expenses are incurred after the party is over, you will be required to pay these charges too following your event.

Is there parking?

Yes! 630 Main has 40 parking spots dedicated to the building plus some on street parking.

Can we have a live band or DJ?

Of course!

Do you require a damage deposit?

There is no damage deposit required.

Is furniture included with our rental?

Yes! The furniture that is in the space is included in the rental. You are more than welcome to arrange the furniture however you would like.

Do you have tables and chairs for our event?

Yes! There are 7 square high top tables and 4 bistro style tables. 58 total bar stools are available and these seating options can be configured however best suits your event.

Can we bring in outside furniture?

Yes! You can model your event how you best see fit. We are happy to suggest vendors for this. Your preferred caterer can also help with this. You just need to let us know who your vendors are and make sure that your vendors pick up the furniture at their allotted time. You are not permitted to remove any of our furniture from the building or to stack it up in any way.

Do you have air conditioning and heat?

630 Main provides air conditioning and heat.

Where can guests smoke?

Guests can utilize the outdoor areas to smoke. There is absolutely no smoking inside the facility.

Do you allow candles?

Yes! We allow votive candles, which are enclosed in glass, in easily monitored places.

Do you allow confetti or rice?

We prefer you to refrain from these types of items.

Do you have TV’s for slide shows or presentations?

630 Main has 3 big screen TV’s. We can help with slideshows and presentations. We have a full system and if it is not enough and you need more, we can help with that as well. Just ask us!

Do we need to hire a planner or day-of-coordinator?

This is definitely not required, however we fully recommend it as it will make your event less stressful and more FUN! Let us know if you need a recommendation.
